Paul has helped us remortgage as we approach the end of our current fixed term period. Paul is professional and very knowledgeable. That aside,  he’s also a top bloke who goes above and beyond to provide a first class service. Throughout the process Paul has kept us up to date in changes in interest rates and new deals that have become available whilst we wait for the switch over date. In doing so, he has secured 3 improvements to our original offer which has saved us a fair amount on our monthly payments! The amount of money that Paul saved us on our mortgage product was way more than his fee, and it was also brilliant to have the correspondence with our chosen mortgage provider dealt with by Paul, especially as my partner is self-employed. Paul helped try to get us a mortgage in 2024. We had a complicated financial situation including being in first year of limited company. Two other advisors had been fairly disinterested as a result which slowed us down a lot. When Paul came on board he was totally different. He was quick, efficient and most importantly, kept us in the loop, and if he told us he’d give us an answer by a certain time, he stuck to it.
